The Columbia Chapter was formed in 1993 by a young and energetic couple with a love for Belleek. Bill and Pat Holm along with a group of 24 enthusiastic Belleek collectors started the Chapter in 1993 and through hard work and tireless recruitment grew the Chapter to be one of the largest Chapters in the world. For her effort and enthusiasm, Pat Holm was named the 1998 BCIS Honoree.
The Chapter has continued to grow and prosper over the years due to the core group of Charter members involved in the initial structure of the Chapter along with their continued support and assistance. With the help of the entire Chapter membership, the Chapter hosted the 2003 BCIS Convention in Portland, Oregon.
On behalf of the Columbia Chapter membership, the Board Members would like to take this opportunity to convey a SPECIAL THANKS to Bill and Pat Holm, the Charter Members and all the members who have tirelessly served over the past 20 years. THANK YOU ALL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

The Columbia Chapter meets for lunch 4 times per year. The meetings are held at the Portland Airport Holiday Inn and generally have 30 - 40 attendees. Registration begins at 11:15, lunch is served at 12:30 PM, the meeting begins after lunch around 1:15 PM. and usually ends around 3 PM. Activities include a short business meeting, a speaker, raffle, door prize and related Belleek updates.
